Face washes are great and convenient ways to keep your face healthy and clean. Washing you face every day is essential to the health of your skin (you should be using a natural face cleanser and / or makeup remover). Keeping a clean face will leaves your pores clear of built op makeup, dirt, debris, and excess oils. When we go through the whole day, the pores in our facial skin soak up toxins, dirt, and the makeup we wear. This leads to excess oil build up and clogged pores, which clean leaves your skin congested. This congestion will lead to oily skin, acne, constant breakout, redness, dryness, and even can cause rashes in some people.

Washing your face well every night will get rid of all of the dirty build up in your pores so your skin can breathe and restore its natural oils. You will also see a significant improvement in the texture of your skin and will have much less breakouts per month.

Many people think that the only way to wash your face is with face wash, however, there are many more options that can be even better. Washing your face with various oils has many surprising benefits.

When you use a face oil, it tricks your skin into thinking it already has enough oil producing on its own. Therefore, your skin start to produce even less oil naturally. Once your face starts producing less oil on its own, it means you will get less greasy and oily skin. This leads to less sebum production and acne so your face remains clear and blemish free.

Face oils are great to us to wash your face in both the winter and summer. They will keep your skin from drying out, but won’t way down delicate skin on the face in the harsh months of hot and cold.

One of the best and most inexpensive face oils you can use to wash your face in the morning and at night is organic virgin and unrefined coconut oil. You can find large jars in any supermarket around the country for a relatively inexpensive price. Keep the jar in your bathroom and take the contents of your coconut oil jar and place it in your favorite skin care container. You can purchase a wide variety of smaller glass jar containers online or find them in stores.

To wash your face with coconut oil take a quarter-sized chunk from your jar and warm up the solid oil in your palms. Rub over your entire face in small circular motions for 60 seconds.
